If your installation is old or in any way causing you concerns we can carry out varying levels of Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) at varying costs. Consider it a Health check for your Electrics. You will receive an NICEIC EICR detailing the findings of our inspection and test. We can carry out a full inspection and test including every circuit and providing floor plans with socket and light positions backed up with photos of anything we find (good or bad), this would be considered the Gold standard and therefore the most expensive option but there are Silver and Bronze with fewer plans/pictures if money is tight. Sometimes a visual only inspection is sufficient and obviously the cheapest solution. The majority of problems with most Electrical Installations can be found this way and if coupled with (Warning! Technical Terms follow!) a Ze test, an insulation resistance test and ring continuity test, could ensure 99% of potential non-compliances are found.

If you have a high turnover of tenants, an EICR at every change of tenancy could be costly, but we could provide a rolling EICR with little or no testing required if the electrical installation is demonstrably unchanged since the last inspection.
